What data we collect and why
Contact form. When you send an enquiry we collect your first and last name, email address and the message you write. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare an offer or carry out an inspection. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Phone, WhatsApp and email. If you contact us directly, we process your phone number or email address and what you send us, for the same purpose and on the same legal basis.
Server logs. Our web host records technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access, to keep the website secure and running (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies for visitors. Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from third parties.
The map in the footer is embedded from Google Maps. When the page loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. See Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Who receives your data
Web hosting provider, which stores the website and the contact form entries on our behalf.
Google (Gmail), because enquiries are delivered to and answered from a Gmail mailbox, and Google Maps for the embedded map.
WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
Google and Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 24 months of our last contact.
If we work together, the data is kept for as long as the contract runs and afterwards for the periods required by Romanian accounting and tax law.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the email address above and we will answer within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal), B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, București, www.dataprotection.ro.
